360ActivateAR has developed an augmented reality application designed for smartphones and tablets, the user of the App can view on its smartphones and/or tablets three dimensional objects (hereinafter referred to as "3D Models").
360ActivateAR allows the User to view 3d Models through camera for which the App would require the following access from the user; Camera, Storage, Photos / Media / Files.
Personal data
The User is informed that their usage of App leads to the collection and automated processing of personal data concerning the User by 360ActivateAR. The information that we request is never shared with any third parties, including selling or sharing the data for marketing purposes.
Intellectual property
Images, graphics, photographs, graphics within the 360ActivateAR app are the exclusive property of 360Activate Pty.
Accordingly, to the above the User shall not reproduce, represent, and more generally use the elements belonging to 360Activate Pty without its express written prior authorization.

The User acknowledges and agrees 360Activate Pty shall in no event be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, which the User may suffer as a result of the consultation of the App or by using its Services.
The User expressly agrees that this exclusion of liability reflects the allocation of risk.
The App may contain links to other websites published by third parties. 360Activate Pty has no control over the content of these websites. Therefore, 360Activate Pty shall not be held responsible for any contents of such websites.
